Supplements and herbs assist in the restoration of balance in the body. Some nutrient and herbal supplementation is helpful for ongoing support, such as a multivitamin and adaptogenic herbs. Targeted supplementation or herbal remedies are recommended based on a combination of lab results and symptomology to restore a particular deficiency or imbalance. Most targeted recommendations are suggested for use until the imbalance is addressed. By concurrently adjusting diet and lifestyle, restored balance can be maintained.
